St Theresa

"Theresa May is travelling to Saudi Arabia and is expected to raise the issue of the country's role in Yemen. In an interview with the BBC's Alex Forsyth, she said she was 'concerned' about the developing humanitarian crisis there." (PM 'concerned' about the developing humanitarian crisis there,, 29/11/17)

Fun fact: Theresa May signed off P1.1bn worth of weapons to Saudi Arabia this year. Tweet, Patrick Galey, 29/11/17)

"developing humanitarian crisis"!! The war started in March 2015. The number of displaced people is now over 3M but already more than a year ago it was over 2M. More than 6 months ago there were more than 0.5M people suspected of having cholera. This is a report from January of this year:

Quoting from it 'Over 10 million Yemenis require "immediate assistance to save or sustain their lives," UN humanitarian chief Stephen O'Brien warned' Remember this was in January!

Mrs May: it has developed a long time ago.
