I'd like them to tell me what precisely Iran's "outlaw course of action" has been. Has it invaded any other countries? No. Has it supported terrorists attacking western countries? Not in recent years. Has it fomented revolution? No. What precisely are they supposed to stop doing? Of course, the answer is clear but not one that Pompeo will state: they are helping Hezbollah to defend Lebanon against a future attempt by Israel to take over Lebanese territory.
