The Zionisation of America 2

In addition to US state legislatures doing their bit to protect Israel from free speech, Congress has also been getting in on the act:

You will hopefully remember Greenwald's 2017 piece* on the AIPAC-inspired Israel Boycott Act (S. 720), "introduced by Democratic Sen. Benjamin Cardin of Maryland, that would criminalize participation in any international boycott of Israel. After the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) issued a statement vehemently condemning Cardin's bill as an attack on core free speech rights, one which 'would punish individuals for no reason other than their political beliefs,' numerous senators announced that they were re-considering their support." (School contractor in Texas denied work over pro-Israel loyalty oath)

Greenwald updates us here on Cardin's latest move:

"But now... a modified version of the bill is back and pending in the lame-duck session: 'Cardin is making a behind-the-scenes push to slip an anti-boycott law into a last-minute spending bill being finalized during the lame-duck session.' The ACLU has also condemned this latest bill because 'its intent and the intent of the underlying state laws it purports to uphold are contrary to the spirit and letter of the First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech and association.'... While that 'new version clarifies that people cannot face jail time for participating in a boycott,' the ACLU insists that it still leaves the door open for criminal financial penalties' for anyone found to be participating in or even advocating for a boycott of Israel." (ibid)

Another aspect of Zionisation is the US Law requiring it to maintain Israel's Qualitative Military Edge (QME). Here is a an article that points to the ludicrous nature of this law:

http://www.ipsnews.net/2013/08/israeli-lobby-looks-to-2008-law-to-justify-request-for-more-u-s-aid/

Israel can reduce its spending on defence in the context of growing GDP but, because of this US Law dating from 2008, the US has to pick up the tab to maintain the QME. The article is a few years old (2013) and, as we now know, that is exactly what happened. Military aid to Israel increases in 2019 to $38B over 10 years.

This to a country with greater per capita GDP than the UK and with significantly less debt per capita or as a percentage of GDP.

This new development is truely frightening. I was so disturbed I found myself not sleeping very well last night while pondering the implications.

How long before similar legislation is introduced in Australia and other Zionised English speaking countries?

The USA has no difficulty in extraditing people who have never set foot in that country for 'crimes' against their domestic laws.

If, say, Australia for example introduced similar legislation the USA could apply to an Australian court for extradition. Of course 'our' media would hardly raise a murmur. Just like in the present circumstances.

Say, for example, New Zealand had similar laws the singer Lorde, who refused to perform in the Bandit State and was 'convicted' by that statelet, she would find herself liable for extradition to either the USA or the Bandit State.

Very few Australians, Canadians or Britons are aware of the Ethno-Religous Groups provisions of the Anti-Discrimination laws. Not surprisingly these laws were introduced under the radar almost simultaneously in the mid 1960's.

Reviews and changes of these laws have left these 'provisions' in tact. They purport to protect Muslims, Sikhs and Jews. In practice, Muslims were struck out for 'protection' by a British court. Sikhs were never troubled and haven't sought the laws 'protection.' This leaves only one so called 'ethno-religous group.' Once again 'our' media has remained mute. Oh, those hurt feelings as an excuse for introducing a thought crime or a speech crime.

BDS has the emperor with no clothes rattled and it shows. We know who rules us are those we can not criticise. Surely they have not finished with this lawfare tactic, the last line of defence of their indefensible oppression and theft of a whole country. What's next?

Perhaps we need a video game called Grand Theft - Country for the unread and uninformed sections of our population?

Yes MERC, America is now a Ziofascist state. I for one will include it and other similar countries in my own little boycott from now on.

What I don't understand is why states are rushing to install the anti BDS legislation? The ACLU has challenged it legally in a couple of cases, and their challenges have been upheld. It seems to me to be such an obvious infringement, yet so many states have signed up, what am I missing? But then what Grappler outlined above seems inconceivable, Americans must be just that stupid.

I'd like to post a link to an extensive article in the Guardian discussing BDS. The article is very long but well worth a read, surprisingly not totally biased against BDS and does raise some valid points, especially in regards to a two state V one state solution.
