Today's editorial in the Sydney Morning Herald begins thus:
"Australia is lucky. We have plenty to share. When global crises require our support, we offer it willingly. The Abbott government is of course right to offer resettlement to up to 4000 minority Christians Yazidis being hunted down by the terrorist group Islamic State, formerly ISIL." (Abbott should increase refugee intake)
Is the underlined a typo, or does editor-in-chief Darren Goodsir, the bloke who buckled when the lobby threatened to kick in his door over Carlton and Le Lievre, seriously believe that Yazidis are Christians?
